Our aim is to unleash creativity, connect our communities, improve access to the arts and nurture talent here in Somerset and across the South West.
We run a wide variety of programmes offering residents and visitors to Somerset and our venues opportunities to take part and experience the joy of the creative arts. In doing so, we are able to provide more opportunities for our communities to watch, take part and benefit from arts and cultural activities.
We deliver programmes and activities that benefit health and wellbeing, enrich learning and education in and outside school that inspires and celebrates young talent. Creating work that will support local artists and tell ‘local stories’. Our work seeks to improve inclusion and remove barriers, whatever they may be, so that everyone is able to enjoy and benefit from the creative arts.

Octagon Academy: Weekly Classes
The Octagon Academy is the place to sing, dance and act with the emphasis on fun and enjoyment. With many classes to choose from for all ages and abilities. So if you love to sing, were born to dance or want to get fit The Octagon Academy has something for you!
